Anton Chilton

Chief Executive Officer

Anton Chilton is a seasoned enterprise software executive with more than 30 years of global leadership experience across SaaS, manufacturing, supply chain, and professional services.
 
Most recently, Anton served as Chief Executive Officer of QAD Inc., a global enterprise SaaS company serving manufacturing and supply chain–intensive industries. During his tenure, he led a successful transformation of the business from on-premise software to SaaS and from public to private ownership, while materially improving profitability and delivering substantial ARR growth. Appointed CEO in 2018, Anton previously held senior executive roles across Professional Services, General Management, and Global Sales, giving him a deep, end-to-end understanding of operating and scaling enterprise software businesses.
 
Anton has lived and worked extensively around the world, including assignments in Hong Kong, Australia, and the United States, where he has been based for the past 15 years. Prior to joining QAD, he built a strong foundation in systems integration, holding senior consulting and business development roles with global firms including Atos Origin and Cap Gemini, with experience across the UK and Southern Africa.
Earlier in his career, Anton served in the Royal Navy submarine service, an experience that helped shape his leadership style and resilience. He holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Greg Gillins

Chief FINANCIAL Officer

Greg Gillins brings over a decade of experience in Finance and Corporate Development/M&A within PE-backed SaaS companies. He started his career in accounting before transitioning into finance leadership, where he developed a strong foundation in strategic planning, KPI-driven execution, and operational excellence. Prior to joining, Greg served as CFO for another Marlin portfolio company, giving him a deep understanding of Marlin’s operating model and accelerating his impact at Baxter Planning.  

 

Greg lives in Charleston, South Carolina, with his wife, Libby, and their two teenage daughters. When he’s not playing the role of family Uber driver, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time outdoors—whether fishing, relaxing on the beach, or exploring the Lowcountry’s waterways. In the fall, you’ll likely find him cheering on the University of Georgia football team.

Anupama “Anu” Sharma

Chief TECHNOLOGY Officer

Anupama “Anu” Sharma is the Chief Technology Officer at Baxter Planning, where she leads engineering, product technology, and AI strategy. She brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling technology organizations in PE-backed vertical SaaS companies, with a track record of transforming complex engineering environments into high-performing, outcome-driven teams.

 

Before joining Baxter Planning, Anu held senior technology leadership roles at Alpine Software Group, including CTO-in-Residence and CTO/CPTO roles across portfolio companies. In these roles, she built and scaled product and engineering teams, integrated acquired companies onto unified platforms, led technical diligence and governance, and drove Run/Grow/Transform modernization initiatives across PE-backed SaaS businesses. Earlier in her career, she spent a decade at RealPage, where she helped scale the engineering organization through a period of 4x ARR growth, built global high-performing teams, and led platform transformation efforts that launched new products and modernized core platforms.

 

Anu holds a BE in Computer Science, an MS in Computer Science from UT Dallas, and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Gies College of Business. She is a Forbes Technology Council contributor, PMP, SAFe Agilist, and recognized leader in technology and innovation. She is based in Southlake, Texas.

Stacy Kannawin

Chief Customer Officer

Stacy has spent the majority of her 25+ year career in Supply Chain and Technology. She has led Customer Success and Commercial teams in the U.S. and abroad. Her expertise spans public and start-up companies within the Supply Chain and Technology space with organizations such as Wal-Mart Stores, Ernst & Young, IBM, LeanLogistics, MacroPoint and Uber Freight. She now serves as Baxter Planning’s Chief Customer Officer, focused on value realization and strategic customer relationships.

 

Stacy holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management, and BA in Financial Administration, both from Michigan State University. Her interests include traveling the world, all things sports related to Michigan teams, Zumba, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Andrea Hayton

Chief marketing officer

Andrea is a seasoned marketing executive with vast experience in building and leading high-performing global marketing and business development teams. Her expertise spans public and private companies as well as mid-sized to large enterprises in the business management and supply chain technology sectors, including organizations like MAM Software, BluJay Solutions, e2open, and Powerfleet.

Skilled at developing repeatable, scalable, and predictable go-to-market strategies, Andrea drives pipeline and revenue growth through a ‘one revenue team’ approach.

 

Andrea received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bucknell University. Outside of work, she enjoys all things fitness, traveling, food, and quality time with family and friends.

Gina V. Ross

Vice President of People and Culture

Gina has been with the Baxter Planning team since 2015 and has played a pivotal role in the company’s global growth. As head of the People and Culture function, Gina oversees talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development across all regions. She is passionate about creating an employee-first culture that empowers employees to reach their full potential while aligning people strategies with business goals. With a background in mental health counseling and personal injury litigation, Gina’s unique expertise in fostering personal growth and well-being is a cornerstone of Baxter Planning’s global success. Her leadership ensures that Baxter Planning continues to build a diverse, inclusive, and thriving workplace environment.

 

Gina holds a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Santa Clara University. Outside of Baxter, she resides in Austin with her husband and two children. She enjoys cooking, traveling, volunteering in the community, and spending quality time with friends and family.
