A Look Back at the 2025 Service Experience Advantage Tour

Baxter Planning Tour (1)

The 2025 Service Experience Advantage Tour took Baxter Planning across five cities this year, creating meaningful moments with our customers, partners, and other Service Supply Chain (SSC) professionals. From Orlando to Austin, each stop gave people a chance to connect face-to-face, catch up on what’s happening in the industry, and enjoy a relaxed evening together.

We started the tour in Orlando at Highball & Harvest, where guests arrived ready to talk, grab a tour t-shirt and settle in with familiar faces. It was an easy, welcoming start that set the tone for the rest of the journey.

In Raleigh, we were joined by our partners at Avnet Integrated Solutions. Having them co-host brought a great mix of SSC professionals and sparked conversations that blended different perspectives and experiences. Guests moved naturally between discussions about service operations, planning challenges, and the impact they are seeing across their teams.

Chicago brought us together at Grill on 21, where people quickly settled into conversations about AI and how to automate transactional tasks to elevate the relational high-impact work. The evening felt comfortable and collaborative, with guests comparing notes and sharing what they’re most excited about in the year ahead.

Amsterdam added an international layer to the tour, giving attendees the chance to exchange ideas across regions and industries. Attendees talked openly about the similarities in their challenges and shared what they’re doing to see ahead and stay ahead in a changing environment.

We wrapped up in Austin, our home base, where the evening had a warm and familiar feel. Guests stayed long after the formal agenda ended, catching up and reflecting on the conversations from earlier cities. This stop also welcomed Scott Walker of Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions and Rodd Burger of Hoshizake America Inc, who shared thoughts that captured the spirit of the tour:

Looking back across all five cities, the tour felt like a series of genuine touchpoints with a community that is passionate about service. It wasn’t about presentations or formality. It was about people taking the time to talk, listen, and reconnect in a way that doesn’t happen over email or video calls. To everyone who joined us along the way, thank you. Whether you stopped in for one event or followed multiple stops, you helped make this year’s Service Experience Advantage Tour something special. Baxter Planning is grateful for this community, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
